Vote By Mail:

All Broward County voters are encouraged to register for Vote By Mail (VBM). Receiving a VBM ballot does not obligate you to mail in your ballot; you can still vote in person if you choose to do so. (The polling location has access to your records and will tell you to destroy your VBM ballot if you decide to vote in person.) You also have the option to complete your VBM ballot in the comfort of your home then drop it in the boxes that are available at polling locations. Having a VBM ballot can be your main voting plan, or it can be a back up if you plan to vote in person, but something comes up that prevents you from doing so. You can apply for VBM at the Broward SOE link above.
